JonBec Care, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Jonathan and Becky Joseph who have a passion for providing the best life possible for the intellectually disabled community. They offer a unique perspective as owners because they worked in facilities before they became owners. Most of the Corporate Office staff started as Direct Care Staff, Facility Managers, Day Program Program Aides, Day Program Directors and QIDPs. This gives us an understanding of exactly what it takes to work in the facilities and day programs. 

When you work with individuals who are intellectually disabled you are helping them conquer the daily challenges life presents to them. You will help them feel independent, confident and a part of the community. You become their voice, their advocate, and their teacher. You will develop a tremendous bond with the individuals in your care and it is a great feeling to know you have had a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities.
