Intermediate Care Facilities / Developmentally Disabled - Habilitative and Nursing
Direct Care Staff (DCS) is the name of the position that provides all client care and supervision.
The title encompasses Caregivers, CNAs, and Medical Assistants.
Rates of Pay
Rates of Pay
Starting for DCS: $19.71
Starting for CNA and Medical Assistant: $20.00
Successfully completing the 90 day introductory period and medication certification: $20.25 (DCS) $20.75 (Medical Assistant), $20.95 (CNA)
Completing DDNA certification and working in a ICF/DD-N facility will increase the hourly rate by $1.00

We have facilities in Grand Terrace, Loma Linda, Redlands, and Yucaipa. Most openings are in Redlands and Yucaipa. Positions are not listed by location as it changes as people are hired. Specific location and shift openings will be discussed during the interview.
There are no schedules that are Monday-Friday. Direct Care Staff will work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
Shifts (Schedules are subject to change depending on the needs of the facility)
NOC shift:
12am - 8am Specific nights will vary depending on the facility
AM shift:
5:30am - 10am Thursday & Friday and 8am-4pm Saturday & Sunday (Off on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
7am - 3pm Saturday & Sunday and 5:30am - 10am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Off on Thursday, Friday)
7am - 3pm Saturday & Sunday and 5:30am - 10am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Off on Friday)
NOC/AM shift
12am - 8am Wednesday & Thursday, 5:30am - 10am Friday, 8am - 4pm Saturday & Sunday
PM shift
1:00pm - 9pm on weekdays and 3pm - 9pm on weekends. Specific weekdays will vary depending on the facility.
3:30pm - 12am on weekdays and 4pm - 12am on weekends. Specific weekdays will vary depending on the facility.
1:00pm - 9pm or 3:30pm - 12am on weekdays and 3pm - 9pm or 4pm - 12am on weekends. You must be able to work both shifts. Specific weekdays will vary depending on the facility
