Registered Nurses oversee all 20 ICF/DD-H and N facilities plus the Adult Day Programs. They are responsible for the health services and nursing functions along with training employees.

LVNs and LPTs work in the ICF/DD-N facilities located in Yucaipa by performing health care procedures and monitoring individuals.

LVN & LPT: All positions are located in our 6-bed ICF/DD-N facilities located in Yucaipa. The facilities are Blandford, Canterbury, Salisbury (a triplex) and Hillside, Terrace View (a duplex) and Windsor.

There are currently no schedules that are Monday-Friday, due to facility needs weekends and holidays are required.
