Program Aide is the name of the position that provides all client care and supervision in a classroom based setting.
The title encompasses Caregivers, CNAs, and Medical Assistants.
Rates of Pay
Rates of Pay
Starting for Program Aide: $19.71
Starting for CNA and Medical Assistant: $20.00
Successfully completing the 90 day introductory period: $20.00 (Program Aide) $20.50 (Medical Assistant), $20.70 (CNA)

We have 2 facilities: Plum Lane Learning Center in Redlands and Yucaipa Adult Day Center in Yucaipa.
Schedules are Monday-Friday. The day programs are closed on all JonBec Care recognized holidays and weekends. Extra hours on weekends and holidays may be available in the ICF/DD-H or ICF/DD-N facilities for those that are interested.
