QIDP / Administrator
Starting at $26/hour for Training then $74,880 annually | Full-Time
JonBec Care, Inc. is seeking experienced QIDPs to oversee residential ICF/DD programs and ensure services are delivered at a high standard. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance, supervising staff, and ensuring each resident’s program is implemented effectively across assigned homes.
Our QIDPs manage 3 facilities, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and keep operations aligned with regulatory requirements and company expectations. It’s a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving without losing control of the details.
