Maintenance Helper
Starting at $21.50/hour | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Join JonBec Care, Inc. as a Maintenance Assistant supporting residential homes, Adult Day Programs, and the Corporate Office. Primary focus: interior & exterior painting, plus general maintenance and minor repairs. Work safely around adults with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Painting (interior & exterior)
Minor repairs & maintenance: lights, drains, filters, small appliances
Maintain tools, vehicles, and work areas safely
Respond to emergencies & after-hours as needed
Qualifications:
Painting & maintenance experience preferred
Valid CA driver’s license (≥3 yrs) & clean driving record
Pass background check, pre-employment physical, TB test (company-paid)
Detail-oriented, able to work independently, strong communicator
